Including dials on wallboard reports is a great way to monitor contact performance at a glance. Dials are very visual and can even be used to measure KPIs.
Process Ring – A process ring dial works especially well with percentage statistics.
Gradated Dial – This dial is great for indicating if a value is closer to the upper or lower end of the scale.
Glide Slope – A glide slope dial is split into quarters and can be used to show the progress of a value against a target.
Bullseye – The green part of the bullseye dial will expand as the stat value increases.
Cone Gauge – This dial is perfect for indicating if a stat is too close towards the upper or lower end of the scale.
Bar Gauge – The bar gauge dial is ideal for displaying the progress of percentage of statistics.
