Signing in as your customer’s supervisor account can be useful for amending customers reports and diagnosing any reported issues to reports.
Access your customer’s supervisor account by following these simple steps:
Note that you must be signed in with an administrator account.
Login > Administration > Application Users > Select Supervisor (Tick) > Sign In As:
1. Select the supervisor account that you wish to sign into using the select tick box.
2. Once you have selected the supervisor account click ‘Sign In As’. By doing so you will be signed out of your administration account and signed into the selected supervisor account. A warning will appear on the screen asking you to confirm the action- click ‘OK’.
