This year, we are placing huge emphasis on making the Akixi platform even easier to manage, quicker for you to deploy new customer sites, and adding even more features and controls for reporting users.

Central Management Environment:

The Central Management Environment (CME) will allow partners to manage all their customer sites through a single point of access. This will simplify your customer estate management and improve security without the need for separate Akixi Administration credentials for each site. The CME will have the added benefit of allowing you to access billing CDRs for all your customers within a central location.

Akixi Academy:

2022 will see the introduction of the Akixi Academy – a new online portal with interactive courses and lessons, enabling you to track your Akixi skills and knowledge, and helping you to advance the level of support that you provide to your customers. Watch this space for more announcements!

Partner Programme:

An Akixi Partner Programme coming this year will aim to increase transparency around the levels of service and support we provide. The programme will provide you with a clear path to growth, where your commitment and engagement is rewarded. Further details will be announced later in the year.
