For the seventh consecutive year, Akixi is delighted to be attending the BroadSoft Connections event which takes place between 12th-15th November at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Miami, Florida. Connections is a key event in the UC calendar giving delegates, service providers and vendors the opportunity to meet and network with new and existing partners, discover new technologies and hear from leading industry experts.
Akixi has taken a significant leap forward, evolving its legacy call analytics service to an omnichannel environment. This advancement is something that has been in the pipeline for some time and is set to launch in Q1 2019 – however the team will be showcasing this latest development exclusively at Connections 2018.
Colin Gill, Akixi’s Product Manager said: “Akixi 3000 (the working title for our omnichannel offering) builds on the Akixi 2000 by delivering omnichannel analytics and reporting. Users will see the familiar and easy-to-use Akixi platform, including the wallboard, translate across web chat and email channels.”

Akixi’s scalability makes it effective for enterprises, of course, but part of the draw of Akixi is its simplicity and accessibility for the SME market and we wanted to retain that appeal to the masses with Akixi 3000.
