Akixi, the leader in cloud communication customer engagement solutions, announces the availability of Intelligence Hub, the industry’s small business customer intelligence tool for cloud communications providers.
Intelligence Hub is a new product deployed in AWS alongside Akixi Business Insights, that drives rapid upsell of Akixi premium products onto a cloud communication user base. Intelligence Hub ingests user data from Business Insights, and presents key metrics to a service provider sales channel, enabling them to target and upsell accounts. Intelligence Hub also includes customer nurturing and trial management capability, allowing service providers to run upsell campaigns from a single system which links back into their existing CRM systems and other Martech.
Currently in public preview with service providers, the Intelligence Hub has identified opportunities for several thousand seats of new services into a number of large, distributed retail organisations, each worth over $100,000 each.
