We are changing the way Akixi Support tickets are raised and handled in order to improve the quality and level of service we provide you with. We’re migrating away from using our legacy firstname.lastname@example.org email address and encourage you to use our newly enhanced Support Portal.
Please be aware that from 1st November 2018 we will no longer be monitoring our legacy email@example.com mailbox. Ticket requests submitted via email after this date will no longer be processed.
Support Portal Ready For Use!
The Support Portal is already accessible at https://support.akixi.com. We invite you to now take advantage of the Portal where you have the ability to raise new support tickets as well as accessing any currently open or closed tickets. The Support Portal boasts a series of features including knowledge base articles, live chat functionality, the ability to track ticket statuses and much more!
When accessing the Support Portal for the first time you will have the option to either login or register a new account. If you have previously raised a ticket with us you will already have an account, but if you have forgotten the password this can be reset on the login page.
Alternatively, if you have never raised a ticket with us and you have an email address associated with a verified Akixi Partner (Reseller or Telephony Provider), you will have the ability to sign up and create an account.
