November 2022 sees the launch of release 2.4, the latest software release from Akixi.
This release brings a host of reporting and administration enhancements, as well as the addition of the Insights dashboard. More information can be found below.
Reporting Enhancements
Insights
The Insights dashboard is a landing page (available to Akixi users with the reporting level of 1000 and above), that provides key metrics around the business performance, giving an overview of recent activity and trends in an easy-to-digest summary format.
Account Code Selection
Users can assign Account Codes to active calls through the Akixi reporting portal.
Last X Days Reporting Period
When creating and modifying reports, Date / Time settings include a Last X Days, where X can be set up to 366 days.
Administration Enhancements
Insights Level
When creating a new customer site, Administrators can set the Site License level as Insights.
Insights User
When creating a new user or modifying an existing user, Administrators can select Insights Reporting User from the Reporting tab.
