Bart Delgado

Managing Director

Bart is the Managing Director and one of the co-founders of Akixi Limited. With over 30 years’ experience in the call centre and business telecoms sector, Bart has a wealth of knowledge and an evident passion for the industry.

Martin Waters

Technical Director

Martin is one of Akixi’s co-founders and an experienced executive technical leader with over 25 years working within the telecoms industry. Martin is responsible for all aspects of Akixi’s technical division including the development of Akixi’s call analytics software and technical support services.

Alison Clement

Finance and Operations Director

Alison is responsible for all Akixi’s operational, financial and HR matters. As a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience, Alison is experienced in guiding SMEs through periods of rapid growth and business acquisitions.

Graeme Burton

Operations Manager

Graeme joined Akixi in 2021, bringing with him many years of experience in enabling business improvement through effective operational processes and regulatory compliance. With a background in data processing and the delivery of financial communications, quality of service is Graeme’s key priority.

Hilary King

Head of Marketing

Hilary joined Akixi in 2017 and has over 20 years’ experience in the IT/telecoms sector. She is responsible for the development and delivery of Akixi’s fully integrated corporate and channel marketing strategy including digital marketing, PR, campaigns, events and brand management.

Colin Gill

Head of Product and Solutions

With over 25 years in the telecoms industry, Colin is responsible for facilitating the introduction of new Akixi features and driving the product roadmap. He has a key role in interpreting customers’ needs and translating these into innovative product features and enhancements. 

Paul Holden

Head of Sales

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the IT/telecoms industry working for international service providers, IT resellers, and more recently global UCaaS, CCaaS and CRM cloud SaaS vendors. Paul is passionate about growth and is focused on opening new markets and channels, and driving new customer acquisition.

Brandon Hagood

US Business Development

Brandon is Akixi’s Business Development lead for the US and Canada. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT/telecom industry, Brandon has an acute understanding of the needs of unified communications and call centre service providers and their customers.  

Steve Layton

Business Development Manager

Steve’s experience in the telecoms sector spans supply, support, delivery and business development. As an Akixi BDM, Steve is focused on understanding his customers’ business challenges and supporting them with solutions which enable them to make cost and operational efficiencies.

Mathew iball

Business Development Manager

Mat carries over 15 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, initially in technical support roles before moving into sales and account management. Mat uses his technical background to great effect, helping both resellers and their customers gain the most business benefits from call analytics.

Simon Colledge

Business Development Manager

Simon’s career in the comms industry exceeds 20 years. With extensive experience in channel account management, Simon enjoys assisting partners with the promotion and positioning of reporting and analytics solutions to their customers.

Calum Yeates

Head of Technical Services

Calum has over 10 years’ experience working in the IT industry. As Head of Technical Services, Calum is responsible for the Akixi Service Desk and supporting technical product escalations from partners, as well as managing projects, company assets, and optimising the in-house infrastructure and security.
