Job Summary

To meet the current and future needs of our growing organisation, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the Akixi team.

With overall responsibility for a wide range of operational processes, you will have the opportunity to really make your mark on the business in this role.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all operational tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, whilst managing one team member who handles the daily operational duties which are tracked using a task-based workflow system.

Working closely with departmental managers as required, you will develop all operational aspects of the business to ensure the smooth-running of processes and procedures.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing our existing GDPR processes, and assist with implementing further compliance frameworks needed to open new revenue streams for the business.

You will be an experienced Operations Manager with the ability to quickly assimilate company-wide business operations. You will have a proven track record of improving and streamlining existing processes, and automating existing functions to enable the business to scale.

Along with a passion for driving and delivering continuous business improvement, you will also have demonstrable compliance management experience. You will be an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all operational processes including order and license provisioning, invoicing, sales reports, new partner onboarding, credit control, contract reviews.
  • Develop sales reporting to allow more detailed analysis, visible order values and churn.
  • Responsible for Tallify task-based workflow system.
  • Maintain documentation of all operational processes.
  • Identify and recommend ways to develop business systems to allow the business to be scaled.
  • Streamline the more complex processes that currently require any number of other systems to be updated.
  • Monitor, maintain, and develop GDPR and compliance processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management.
  • Maintain and develop company health and safety policies.
  • Maintain and develop employee onboarding processes.
  • Responsible for facilities management.
  • Constantly seek to improve by keeping up to date with new technology developments.


  • Experience in operational roles using multiple systems.
  • Experience of automating operational processes.
  • Experience with data manipulation.
  • Good experience of writing process instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Experience of understanding legal agreements.
  • Self-motivated to make things happen.



  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • Experience in implementing ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of 123 Form Builder or similar online form processing software applications.
