Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will be responsible for the implementation and execution of Akixi’s global channel development strategy, with the key objective being to maximise revenue from Akixi’s growing partner network.
You will be responsible for managing the team’s pipeline and revenue generation, driving the overall growth of our channel network through new partner recruitment and maximising existing partner revenue.
As a passionate and energetic advocate of Akixi, you will lead a small team and support them in developing joint business plans for our top tier accounts, while engaging and enabling all channel partners.
Due to the nature of the role and Akixi’s global partner network, the job holder is expected to travel both nationally and internationally as required.
We are looking for a talented leader with demonstrable management skills and previous experience in successfully driving engagement and revenue in a B2B environment, ideally technology sales and/or channel management.
With a strong customer focus, you will be adept at developing relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external, and demonstrate proven experience in setting measurable goals and achieving targets to drive success.
A pro-active, strategic and results-driven approach will be key to being successful and, as this is a new role in a fast-growing company, the ability to develop and implement Akixi’s channel sales and development strategy will be core to shaping the role and driving the team forward.
