Whether your company employs a handful of call centre representatives or a dispersed team of thousands, Akixi Presence is a strategic extension monitoring solution helping businesses to create team unity and improve employee productivity.
Akixi Presence makes it quick and easy to see at a glance the current state of extensions across the entire department or business. This enables telephone operatives to note when other users are available to take calls or currently on a call. They can also see whether extensions are set to ‘Do Not Disturb’ or other ‘Not Available’ statuses.
The inclusion of a historic call list also enables each Presence user to view details of their inbound and outbound call data.
All Presence information is presented via Akixi’s user-friendly web-based reporting software, providing users with key metrics and real-time insights. Extensions are displayed in the form of individual BLF (Busy Lamp Field) tiles, which change colour depending on the current state of an extension. Additional statistics can be accessed by simply placing the mouse cursor over the corresponding extension’s BLF tile.
