The Akixi mobile app is available on both iOS and Android devices, giving Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000 Supervisors the ability to view wallboards on a smartphone or tablet anytime, anywhere. Activate alarms against specific fields and get notifications on the go, so you can manage your staff while you’re away from the office and organise them accordingly.
Additionally, Akixi 2000 and 3000 Supervisors have the option to benefit from contact centre agent reporting and control via the app.

ANALYTICS ON THE MOVE
With the Akixi mobile app, Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000 Supervisors can view wallboards on a mobile device from any location. Offering a highly visual display, you can monitor your call volumes and queues, key statistics and see your business KPIs, all from your mobile device.
Moreover, the Akixi app includes the option for Akixi 2000 and 3000 users to benefit from enhanced functionality with agent activity reporting and control.

ACCESSING THE APP
Visit your app store on your device and download the Akixi app.
Once installed, open the application. You will need to enter your Akixi Server URL, user name and password. These are the same credentials that you use to log into the Akixi service portal from your browser.
CONFIGURE YOUR APP SETTINGS
To configure your report view within the app, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) in the top-right corner of your screen to access the options. Here, you can switch between list and tile to view your wallboards. You can also access your report’s alarm settings via the (⋮) icon.
With the app’s agent functionality enabled, Akixi 2000 and 3000 Supervisors can switch between Agent Summary and BLF view when viewing the agent list report. You can also control an agent’s status, for example, signing them in or out of call queues and changing their available status.
