Akixi Product Update – January 2018
This article aims to give our resellers, service providers and end users an overview of the latest product enhancements as well as introducing Akixi’s exciting new wallboard app.
Department ID Reporting
Users on the BroadWorks platform will now be able to show their BroadWorks department ID on Akixi reports.
Extended Data Storage
Following feedback from our customers, we are pleased to announce that we are now giving you the opportunity to increase the data storage for historical data on the Akixi platform from 3 to 12 months.
Financial Statistics and Analytics
An exciting new addition to the Akixi platform is the financial statistics reporting. This gives you the opportunity to show the monetary value of calls waiting, calls answered and calls abandoned on your reports and wallboards. Being able to see this revenue in the queue is a massive motivator for commission based teams.
This feature works by assigning estimated sales order values to successful inbound and outbound calls, as well as specifying a call strike rate. You are in complete control of these figures so, for example, if you know your average order value is higher in December then you can adjust that value in Akixi for that month.
The financial fields can be added in the normal way by modifying the report and going to the fields tab.
Configuration of the financial data is also very simple. Go to the financials tab and enter your average call value, strike rate, etc. You can also easily change the currency.
Akixi Wallboard App
And last, but definitely not least, we are delighted to announce the launch of the Akixi wallboard app. This has been some time in the making, but a project we hope you’ll agree has been worthwhile. The app is available for both Android and iOS and was developed in response to customer demand, as mobility and remote working have become the norm in our working lives. So it is now possible to view all your Akixi 1000 and 2000 wallboards from a smartphone or tablet wherever you are.
If you have alarms activated against specific fields, you can choose to have a vibration or sound alert (or both) when the alarm is activated – perfect if you’re in a meeting or on the go. You can also switch between tile and list view.
The Akixi app will be available to install – for free – from January 2018 on both Google Play and App Store, so be sure to download the app on your devices.
All the new features in the latest release of the Akixi service will be rolled out to customers during January 2018, and because this is a cloud-based service you don’t need to do anything, the features will update automatically.
