Akixi Announces Joint Venture With Voicenet Solutions
Akixi, a new software as a service (SaaS) provider, has signed a deal for a joint venture with hosted VoIP services provider, Voicenet Solutions, here at Convergence Summit South 2010.
The recently launched Akixi 1000 call reporting service for small and medium sized enterprises is now available through Voicenet Solutions’ hosted VoIP offering.
Two years in development, Akixi 1000 and 2000 are hosted call management services, that offer businesses easier, cost effective access to their real time and historical call reporting through the cloud. Akixi 1000 and 2000 require no software purchase, are scalable, and offer multi-site reporting as standard on a monthly rental basis.
Bart Delgado, managing director at Akixi, commented from the show floor: “The market has been crying out for a cost effective, infinitely scalable, hosted call reporting facility; we have spent the last couple of years developing this service and we are very excited at what it can offer businesses.”
The service from Akixi will be licensed through Voicenet Solutions in a joint venture between the two companies.
The primary focus of the joint venture will be to offer the call reporting service to UK businesses of any size through the Voicenet Solutions reseller channel, as well as to existing customers.
